BUSINESS 01 / GLOBAL

Guiding young people from region to world—
discover, qualify, leverage.

The next generation who can think with a global perspective and vantage point will be the leaders of the regions to come. That's why, while still young, access to the world's top tier is essential. And keeping that experience from ending as a one-off matters even more.

From region to world—and back home:
four gates to clear.

For regional youth aiming to break into the world and keep those experiences alive, four significant gates stand in the way.
Without partners to help them through, their challenge never becomes a career.

GATE 01 / AWARENESS

You don't know

The trap of staying inside the region

The "density" of information is orders of magnitude thinner than in Tokyo.

Beyond a few local university exchange options, national-tier programs ("STEP 2: Japan top-tier programs") and global programs ("STEP 3: Global programs") barely register on the radar.

GATE 02 / SELECTION

You can't get in

The experience gap

The playing field isn't level before you even start.

Without nearby role models and facing a "35.3% student-life experience gap," regional applicants are at a clear disadvantage compared to Tokyo students immersed in dense global communities from year one. The foundation is different—and there's no one nearby to practice with.

GATE 03 / RETENTION

You can't make use of it

The silos between programs

A one-off "memory"—and it ends there.

Even after being accepted, regional youth are often overwhelmed by the vantage and drive of their urban peers. Worse, each program is run by its own organization in strict silos, with no cross-program connection. A single program participation rarely leads to the next step—and never becomes a career.

GATE 04 / REENTRY

It doesn't last

The re-entry disconnect

A global experience that ends as one line on a résumé.

Once the program is over and they return home, there's no work that makes use of what they gained. The vantage and hands-on skills built abroad never connect to the next step, and the global challenge fades into a one-off memory. Beyond the path out, they need a path that continues after coming back.

Four supporting functions,
turning challenges into a continuous career.

Not a one-off program. With our cross-border career support platform—integrating information, opportunity, connections, and skills—we walk alongside each young person's Spiral O-Turn.

01

Global Career Platform "Sotto"

From fully aggregated information on top global programs—from nationally funded options like "Ship for World Youth," "Tobitate! Young Ambassador Program," and "J-StarX," to the world's top-tier opportunities. The gateway to opportunity, accessible from anywhere in regional Japan.

02

Community building & alumni mentoring

One-on-one mentoring and selection prep from alumni who've been through these programs. We close the experience gap and walk applicants through to acceptance—from anywhere in Japan.

03

Events & cross-program connection

Events and community runs that bridge the silos between programs traditionally siloed by operating organization. So each program isn't the end—but a stepping stone to the next, and the next.

04

Coordinating project-based careers at companies entering Japan

Through HR support for overseas founders and companies entering the Japanese market, we create work where young people can keep operating in a global environment after returning home. Starting from paid, mid-term projects during their studies, with a design where a real track record translates directly into recognition.
